Nicky and Logan’s all Alaskan wedding was simply amazing! Their entire relationship is an adventure in and of itself and their wedding day was nothing less than a result of that. To begin with, they chose Majestic Valley Lodge as their venue, which is located at Milepost 114.9 along the Glenn Highway in the most gorgeous area ever. Then, we visited Matanuska Glacier in a helicopter with Heli Alaska after their ceremony, that was pretty incredible! We got some beautiful glacier wedding photos. Despite the awesome location and destinations visited on their day, I believe that them joining forces on life together was the ultimate adventure they have embarked on. It has been so fun seeing where life takes them and seeing all of their explorations this far. Being a wedding photographer in Alaska sure does spoil me with all these amazing couples and gorgeous scenery.

Mini Q&A with Nicky:

What was your favorite part of the wedding day? My favorite part of my wedding day was waking up knowing that today was the day I was going to marry the man of my dreams! Everything throughout the day was amazing and I was floating on cloud 9.

If you could give advice to a planning bride what would it be? If I could give one tip to a planning bride I would say no stress! Because when it comes down to it none of the little things matter. Also that the time absolutely flies on your wedding day so try to slow down and enjoy moments.

What was your favorite photo from the day? I’m not sure I could honestly pick just one favorite photo because I think you did such a great job portraying emotions in them!! Butttt I could maybe narrow it down to a few!
